Simon is a qualified chartered accountant and founding director of Canterbury Partners, an independent corporate advisory firm. He has been advising local and multinational companies for more than 25 years. Simon is currently Chairman of the advisory board of MAB Ltd and Chairman of Computershare Ltd.

Alan Schwartz AM

Over the past 30 years, Alan has created, built, managed and sold a number of successful businesses in industries as diverse as publishing, property information, professional services and software.

Currently, Alan is Managing Director of the Trawalla Group, managing a diversified investment portfolio on behalf of the Schwartz family.

Kevin Slomoi

Prior to joining Deloitte Private as a Partner, Kevin was a Director of GMK Partners Pty Ltd and played a major role in developing the firm’s culture, which emphasizes long-term client relationships based on superior service and advice.

His active interest in client affairs, commitment to positive outcomes and vast practical knowledge and experience are highly valued by his diverse client base.
Kevin has held various prominent roles with a number of communal organisations.

Graham Goldsmith

Graham retired in 2012 from Goldman Sachs Australia. At the time he was Vice Chairman and a Managing Director of the business in Australia, having spent a 25 year career with the firm and is predecessors. He completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2007. Graham is currently the chairman of Armitage Associates, a non-executive director of ASX-listed SEEK Ltd and Djerriwarrh Investments Ltd and Chancellor of Swinburne University of Technology.

Mark De Ambrosis

Mark is Managing Director of Armitage Associates. Mark has over 10 years experience as a management consultant and private equity investor, starting his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co and most recently as Investment Director at M H Carnegie & Co. Mark was a Baker Scholar at Harvard Business School, and received a high distinction average in his dual degrees in Commerce (Finance and Accounting) and Economics from the University of Queensland.
